Last week I was at Harvard for a conference on fairness and meritocracy. The conversations were sharp. The company was extraordinary. And somewhere between the sessions and the silence, something settled in me.
It has been one of those months where everything teaches you something. And what I keep coming back to is this: the most radical thing a leader can do right now is learn to hear themselves think. Not louder. Not faster. Clearer.
I wrote this for the leaders who are tired of the noise but have not yet found the quiet. I hope it helps.
Some of the incredible Women I had the honour of convening with last week at Harvard.
